IMAGINE, JUST IMAGINE A World Where People Are Powerfully Related To One Another 2nd in the Imagine Series By Judy Adler *Creating a World of Quality Living by 2040*
Time-Space Feng Shui has a powerful impact on the quality of relationships. Feng Shui is well known for its ability to affect the things that human beings are most interested in - health, wealth, and relationships. A popular website is www.allexperts.com where I donate some time to answering Feng Shui questions. The most popular questions are ones that relate to relationships. These are not limited to romantic relationships; rather, they include relationships with family, co-workers, bosses, neighbors, friends, as well as casual acquaintances. Working with clients has been very rewarding in the respect of learning how to enhance or attract positive and powerful relationships through proper Time-Space Feng Shui. This is as important in the home as it is in the office. One of the approaches I use with this aspect of Feng Shui is the utilization of the attraction principal. With this approach there are three areas in which I delve: 1. Timing, 2. Place, and 3. Attitude. TIMING The timing of the birth of a home or office is as important as that of a person. As the timing of birth of a person will dictate to a great extent the persona of a human, the timing of the birth of a structure will dictate the opportunity of a house. For example, a person born during the Great Depression is more likely to be someone who will be conservative. A home built in the same time will show the opportunity for creating wealth but at great danger to relationships of all kinds. It also shows the timing to be that of control and conflict, addiction and co-dependency. PLACE The place or location of the birth of a home or office is as important as that of a person. Some places of birth are more fortunate, and some places of birth are less fortunate. This is, of course, a relative statement. What is fortunate or unfortunate depends on the viewpoint of the perceiver. If someone were interested in being reclusive then it would be unfortunate for that person to live in a home that was conducive to high-volume social activity. The direction a home or office faces is a very important determiner in the usability of the structure. The lay of the land, location of water features, weather patterns, and the types of surrounding structures are equally important. Together with the date of completed construction there is a formula whereby a proficient Time-Space Feng Shui consultant can tell the personality of the building and who and for what purposes the building will be utilized. One example of this dynamic is in a house built between 1924 and 1944 and facing 347 degrees northeast will generally be difficult for relationships because of the time and location. This house has a tendency for sickness and death during those years (as well as some years after). Relationships are possible but rarely come to fruition or they turn out to be disappointments in this house during this time. The degree to which this is true depends a lot on the external forms and somewhat on the attitudes of the occupants. ATTITUDE Since certain types and combinations of qi are attracted to the structure according to its time and placement, that part of the attraction equation is simple. It is a matter of evaluating the current structure and how it relates to our efforts or endeavors during this time and how it will relate in the future. How we relate to this environment is up to us. This is where attitude and intention come into play. We have no control over when, where, and to whom we were born. We do have control over our attitude. Through Feng Shui we have control over the quality of qi flowing through where we live. Our inner thoughts, feelings, and mental pictures that we entertain on a constant basis form the relationship to our environment and the relationships in it. Although Feng Shui does not directly address this, when the environment is clean and friendly it is easier for us to examine our attitudes and to elevate them. From this line of reasoning it is plain to see that Time, Space, and Attitude come together to attract events and circumstances to us. Some call it "luck." Others call it "opportunity." Those who practice Time-Space Feng Shui know that it is a combination of flow of qi and attitude. A WORLD OF QUALITY RELATIONSHIPS Just imagine a world that had all working and living environments that were intentionally designed and built so that powerful, quality relationships were supported. What do you think the state of our education, marriages, governments, wealth, and health would be? The state of the world's conditions today is in some areas very good and in some areas very poor. To keep updated on the current world conditions please visit www.aworldthtworks.com. Even the best conditions present are a far cry from the possibility that is available to the human species. Imagine, just imagine a world where people are powerfully related to one another. We now have readily available to us a powerful tool that can create environments in which that kind of world becomes reality. That tool is Time-Space Feng Shui.
